Cancellation Policy

At Pantheon Training, we strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. To ensure the smooth operation of our group fitness classes and to accommodate the needs of all participants, we have established the following cancellation, rescheduling, and late arrival policy: Cancellation Policy: 1.1. Cancellation in Special Circumstances: In exceptional situations, such as medical emergencies, personal hardship, or unforeseen events, cancellations may be allowed. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a resolution will be offered based on the circumstances. Rescheduling Policy: 2.1. Rescheduling Allowed: Participants may request to reschedule their booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. 2.2. Procedure: To reschedule a booking, please log in to your account on our website or contact us directly at least 24 hours before the class starts. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Late Arrivals and No-Shows: 3.1. Late Arrivals: We understand that sometimes delays happen. If you arrive late, you may still be allowed to join the class at the discretion of the instructor, provided it does not disrupt the session. However, we encourage all participants to arrive on time to ensure they receive the full benefits of the class. 3.2. No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked class without prior notice (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of that session. Contact Information: 4.1.
