From Passion to Purpose

Hi, I'm Fichi, a committed fitness coach with expertise in calisthenics. With over ten years of experience in bodyweight training, I've developed the skills and knowledge to assist individuals in reaching their fitness objectives through strength and discipline.

My fitness journey began with a fascination for exploring the capabilities of the human body through bodyweight exercises. Over time, I've honed my skills in various techniques that prioritize natural movement and functional strength. This approach not only enhances physical resilience but also cultivates discipline and mental strength. As a dedicated enthusiast of calisthenics, I've competed in national competitions, testing my abilities alongside top athletes. These experiences have deepened my knowledge of calisthenics, which I now pass on to my students.

In addition to my personal training activities, I established a complimentary community named Wellside Bayness in southern Sydney. This initiative, which operates weekly, unites individuals from diverse backgrounds for various activities such as calisthenics, yoga, and chi gong. Wellside Bayness transcends being solely a fitness group; it serves as a supportive community dedicated to holistic well-being, fostering physical, mental, and spiritual health in a tranquil environment by the beach.

As a calisthenics coach, my goal is to empower others through bodyweight training. I advocate for a well-rounded approach to fitness, emphasizing not just physical strength, but also mental resilience and a positive mindset. My sessions are designed to push you beyond your limits, helping you overcome obstacles and achieve new heights in performance. I'm passionate about teaching and derive satisfaction from witnessing my students' progress, whether it's mastering their first pull-up or tackling advanced calisthenics moves. My coaching style strikes a balance between encouragement and challenge, ensuring that you remain motivated and dedicated to your fitness journey.
