Street Strength

Dynamic bodyweight workouts utilizing the park's fitness equipment. This class is suitable for individuals with intermediate to advanced fitness levels. Prospective participants must undergo a strength evaluation to qualify for entry. Contact us to book your prerequisite requirement.

(90-min session)

Challenge yourself with an energizing, full-body workout designed to build strength, endurance, and mobility using a combination of bodyweight exercises and functional weight training.  This session offers scalable movements, expert coaching, and a supportive community atmosphere to help you push your limits and reach your goals.
